The Vision
An open-air celebration titled "A View of the Future from the Top of the Hill." The event required a technical balance between a high-energy live band performance and a polished visual presentation for the auction and slideshows, all within a tented outdoor environment.
The Solution
We engineered a full concert sound system for the four-piece Carolyn Shapiro band, including independent monitor mixing for the artists. Visually, we integrated large 75-inch displays to run synchronized video playback for the auction items and photo slideshows, ensuring every guest under the tent had a clear view.
