Opening New Doors at Maple Street School
The new wing was still in wrap, so we lit the build, put the renderings on two 75-inch monitors, and kept a third screen on the students while Eric Nathan advanced the lots.

Harvest Moon Gala 2026
The third annual gala put silent auction lots on one 75-inch, student work and a mission video on the others, and raised $63,000.

Beaux Arts Fête at SVAC
Sabrina Dommenge designed a red night, and eighteen wireless uplights carried that color through the trees between Yester House and Arkell Pavilion.

Mack Molding Global Town Hall 2026
A global town hall in the Arlington cafeteria. Two cameras, a Teams call, and Mack leadership, including the CEO and several members of their executive team, so every plant could hear the same meeting and ask questions.

Hildene Volunteer Appreciation Dinner 2026
A thank-you dinner for 117 active volunteers, 23 of them new in 2026. Six-speaker sound, a Spanish guitar playlist, a staff audio montage, podium lighting, and catering by Pangaea.

Celebration of Life at The Old Gray Barn
A private afternoon at The Old Gray Barn. Three 75" monitors, four speakers, 18 uplights, a rehearsal the day before, and an audio recording of the program.

Hildene Lincoln Essay Competition 2026
Vermont eighth graders sent in 147 essays on the Declaration of Independence, and we ran the May 17 awards lunch in Lincoln Hall with three screens, six-speaker audio, and GNAT.

Women in Leadership Luncheon
Beacon Bank and the Southwestern Vermont Chamber hosted the fifth luncheon at Lincoln Hall from noon to 2:00, with keynotes by Emily Bush and Rhoni Basden, awards for Fisette, Reade, and Oller, and lunch from Pangaea.

Battenkill Fly Fishing and Arts Festival 2026
The fifth festival. Don Trachte Jr. put the watershed on the big screen, the Watkins House held the art show, and Lawson’s tent had the music.

Vermont Vice Gala
Three 75-inch screens carried the Givergy auction through dinner in the Paresky Court. Fourteen uplights washed the room, and four more lit the columns outside.

Harvest Moon Gala 2025
Same three 75-inch monitors as the year before, plus a countdown on the silent auction. The screens carried the lots, the students, and the Family Tree Program.

A tribute evening for 125 Hildene volunteers. Clear sound in a historic hall where every voice in the room deserved to be heard.

The 19th Annual Vermont Lincoln Essay Competition. Custom award graphics, Governor Scott video playback, six-speaker audio, and 100 guests celebrating civic engagement and student writing.

SVCC Women in Leadership Luncheon
Deborah Slaner Larkin keynoted the fourth luncheon for more than 200 guests, with awards for Sarah Janabi, Erin Kaufman, and Janice Corey, and lunch from Pangaea.

Battenkill Fly Fishing and Arts Festival 2025
The fourth festival. Tom Rosenbauer gave Prospecting for Trout, the screen ran Scale of Change, and Lawson’s tent had a speaker and a microphone out on the lot.

SVCC Annual Membership Meeting
The chamber’s annual meeting is a formal business session and an awards ceremony in the same room, and we ran it at a property that holds the bar high.

Dreamscapes Gala
The winter gala in the Paresky Court. Three 75-inch screens carried Dreamscapes, the art, and Ethan Merrill’s live auction.

Harvest Moon Gala 2024
The year they brought the gala back, we looped the school on three 75-inch monitors, washed the wood with twelve uplights, and put a wireless handheld in the room while Dave Domenick and The Don’t Leave Band played.

Vanish Film Screening
We projected a documentary about Vermont’s disappearing barns, with picture and sound set for a museum gallery rather than a theater.

Bennington Museum Summer Celebration
The evening was called “A View of the Future from the Top of the Hill,” with live band sound and presentation support balanced across two spaces.

Battenkill Fly Fishing and Arts Festival 2024
Tom Rosenbauer followed the state of the Battenkill. The International Fly Fishing Film Festival played Friday and Sunday, and Saints and Liars closed Saturday night.

All That Glitters
The holiday gala sold out. Screens in the Paresky Court and the Education Center, warm light on the stone and on the columns outside.

Our first year at the festival. The International Fly Fishing Film Festival and the talks shared the Performing Arts Center, a short walk from the Battenkill.

Weddings

Lincoln Hall Wedding at Hildene
The Glitter Boys played live vinyl, and when she asked for a mirror ball we hit it with two ellipsoidals, lit the DJs with six uplights, and synched eight PARs to the set.

Wedding at Hill Farm Inn
A 75-inch in the pine room for a film the couple made themselves — childhood pictures, how they met, the whole story. Tested with them before guests arrived.

Welcome Reception at The Inn at Manchester
Their playlist played inside the barn on two speakers and a sub, with two more speakers and a wireless mic outside, and levels from a Yamaha DM3 on an iPad.

Two-Day Wedding Weekend
Rehearsal dinner and reception across two venues, two days, one continuous production. String lights, band lighting, and no visible seam between them.

Wedding at The Crooked Ram
An intimate ceremony where the groom’s family tribute video played center stage. Custom projection that felt personal, not technical.

Hildene Lincoln Hall Wedding
We covered toasts and vows with audio and lit the room in a way that honored the historic architecture. The speakers stayed hidden, and nothing showed that should not have.

Kimpton Taconic Wedding
A winter wedding reception in the Taconic ballroom. Atmospheric lighting and clean audio for a celebration in one of Vermont’s most elegant boutique venues.

Equinox Resort Tent Wedding
One hundred and twenty guests, one tent, and rain that started ten minutes before the ceremony. The first dance happened at 8:12.

We added atmospheric uplighting and wireless audio for vows and toasts, and kept the celebration in step with the room.
