Hildene needed to create a memorable evening to honor their incredible volunteer community. With 125 attendees gathering to celebrate the accomplishments of their generous volunteers, the event also featured the prestigious Friends Walk induction ceremony, recognizing five outstanding volunteers for their exceptional dedication to Hildene's mission of preserving the Lincoln family legacy.
The Solution
We designed a sophisticated audio-visual experience that honored both the intimate nature of volunteer appreciation and the formal significance of the Friends Walk ceremony. Our team implemented a distributed audio system ensuring every guest could hear the heartfelt speeches and recognition presentations clearly. Strategic lighting design highlighted the historic venue's architectural beauty while creating a warm, celebratory atmosphere. We also provided seamless presentation support for the induction ceremony, ensuring the momentous occasion was captured and shared with all attendees.
