They wanted to showcase Vermont's natural beauty across two distinct venues: an intimate rehearsal dinner at Hill Farm with rustic charm and string lights around a campfire, followed by an elegant wedding reception at the historic Hildene estate.
The Solution
We created a comprehensive two-day audio-visual experience that seamlessly connected both venues while highlighting each location's unique character. For the Hill Farm rehearsal dinner, we provided a professional sound system and wireless microphones for heartfelt speeches under the stars, complemented by warm string lighting around the campfire area. The following day at Hildene, we transformed the reception space with dance floor lighting, band lighting, and perimeter uplighting that enhanced the historic venue's architectural beauty. Our real-time lighting programming synchronized with the band's performance, creating dynamic visual experiences that kept the dance floor energized throughout the night. Outdoor string lighting around the fire pit area provided guests with a magical space to enjoy Vermont's fresh mountain air and starlit skies.
