The Kimpton Taconic ballroom is one of Manchester’s boutique hotel venues — elegant, intimate, and specific. A fall wedding there calls for warmth without heaviness. The couple wanted the room to feel celebratory from the moment guests arrived.

We provided perimeter uplighting from ceremony through cocktail hour and into the reception. Warm amber tones dressed the architectural surfaces and shifted as the evening progressed. The band handled their own sound and backline; ceremony sound was managed separately. Our focus was the visual atmosphere — helping the room feel right without calling attention to how.

The lighting moved through three modes across the evening. An engineer stayed through the run of show and managed the cues.
