A school fundraiser that doesn’t feel like one. Three years at the Inn at Manchester. Every bid heard.

The Northshire Day School Harvest Moon Gala raises money for a Manchester school the community genuinely loves. Held at the Celebration Barn at The Inn at Manchester, the room fills with parents, alumni, and neighbors who already know what the school does. Our job is the practical layer underneath that evening — displays, auction audio, and cues that stay out of the way of the ask.

Three 75-inch displays around the room run silent auction items, live auction lots, and program information through the night. When the live auction starts, auctioneer Eric Nathan has a wireless microphone and every bid acknowledgment is easy to hear. The school impact video plays before the paddle raise with clean audio and no fumbled transitions. We manage cues in real time so the program can keep its pace. GSK Climate Control is the entertainment sponsor; Haystack Catering provides the meal.

Perimeter uplighting holds the room together visually. The organizers set the tone; we try not to get in front of it.

The school has asked us back three years running. Glad to keep showing up for it.
