The Vision
The couple envisioned a romantic outdoor ceremony on the historic 1811 Lawn at the Equinox Resort, with their closest family and friends gathered under a beautiful tent. Despite the unpredictable Vermont weather, they wanted every guest to hear every word of their vows, the heartfelt readings, and the special musical performances by the bride's music teacher and family friend. The intimate setting required a sophisticated yet unobtrusive audio solution that would enhance rather than distract from the natural beauty of the moment.
The Solution
We designed a comprehensive audio system that ensured perfect sound coverage for all 120 guests under the tent. Our setup included strategically placed speakers for even distribution, wireless microphones for the officiant and couple, and a professional mixer to balance the live musical performances with the ceremony audio. Despite the rain that began during the event, our weather-resistant equipment and the tent's protection ensured uninterrupted, crystal-clear audio throughout the ceremony. The bride's music teacher's guitar and vocal performance was captured beautifully, creating an unforgettable moment that every guest could hear perfectly.
