The Vision
The Southwestern Vermont Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Berkshire Bank and Project Against Violent Encounters (PAVE), created the 4th Annual Women In Leadership Luncheon to celebrate and encourage the many women leaders in the region. The sold-out event brought together business leaders, nonprofit executives, and community changemakers for an afternoon of inspiration, recognition, and networking. The program featured a powerful keynote by Deborah Larkin—a trailblazing advocate for Title IX and women's rights—along with the presentation of three prestigious leadership awards recognizing women who have made outstanding contributions to their organizations and communities.
The Solution
We designed a comprehensive AV experience that honored the significance of the occasion while supporting the intimate, conversational atmosphere the Chamber wanted to create. Our wireless audio system ensured the keynote speaker, award presentations, and welcome remarks were heard with perfect clarity throughout Hildene's historic Lincoln Hall. We provided presentation support for video tributes and slideshows honoring the award recipients, with seamless transitions managed by our on-site team. Strategic lighting design highlighted the speakers and created a warm, welcoming ambiance that encouraged connection and conversation. Our goal was to make the technology invisible, allowing the powerful stories and achievements of these women leaders to take center stage.
