Three screens in the barn. Four speakers, so every seat could hear.

On July 28, 2026, we set The Old Gray Barn in Dorset for a private Celebration of Life.  Three 75" monitors carried photos and slides.  A four-speaker system and two wireless handhelds covered the speaking, with music between segments.  Eighteen uplights around the barn warmed the timber beside the string lights and the chandelier already in the room.

The tech table had a video switcher, a digital mixer, antenna distribution, Perfect Cue, playback laptops, and an input for a laptop brought to the barn.  We loaded in Sunday, July 27 at 11:00 and rehearsed from 3:00 to 4:15.  Monday we were back at noon.  The afternoon ran from 2:00 to 5:00.  Afterward we delivered an audio recording of the program.
